Arts is a Jeffersonian in the United States because Thomas Jefferson wrote to the founding For Fathers that: " I believe the common people have a RIGHT to Education in order to achieve LIBERTY" ( Freedom ). Thomas Jefferson also wrote that the common people ought to have a Bill of Rights to protect them from every government on earth.
